Farmhouse Summer Ale by Flying Fish Brewing Company pours a beautiful golden yellow with a small but nice head and the aromas a mild and it is hard to tell if this is a golden ale or a Saison with the subtle spicy hints in both the aroma and the first sips. I noticed a hint of malt followed with an almost light hint of lemon and spice. \u00a0At only 4.6% AVB and with an IBU of 15.1 this makes for a very drinkable Summer ale that is only available in the very early months of Summer.\u00a0Farmhouse Summer Ale by Flying Fish Brewing Company is very light but has a nice easy aroma and flavor for help to convert you mass produced beer drinkers to a quality ale. I look forward to trying many other\u00a0Flying Fish Brewing Company brews as this and their Red are both really enjoyable.<\/p>\n
