We took a 6 gallon cider kit and scaled it down to 5 gallons. To help you with the ABV simply take the Abv 5.2% / 5 (gallons you want to make) and multiple by 6 (gallons it was intended for) = 6.24% Add corn starch if you wish to bring the abv up even higher.

I would recommend Cider House Cranberry Apple Cider but without the sweetener as I feel it hurt the overall flavor considerably
